For some reason in these developments, they don't seem to think you need shower enclosures.

They're almost done now, but they were replanting the palm trees, as they die on a regular basis in this particular location...problems with irrigation. The rule in Doha is...when in doubt, throw labor at the problem.

While I was waiting for people to pick me up on my last day on this trip, I decided to walk around the Ritz...literally. The temperature was comfortably in the low 100s, and dry, so you don't know you're sweating. I think long-sleeve white shirts are going to be the best for the climate. This is heading right from the front entrance. I will make my way down as far right as it goes, then go counterclockwise.
