I wonder why the reflected colors are different for the different cats...
Several of these shots will be of construction, to illustrate just how much of it is going on. This and the rest of the series were taken as I walked around a couple miles today.
I'm not exactly sure why they put water in it. It sure isn't from rain.

I started including street signs just so I could plot my course later...as if the maps are that detailed, anyway.

You probably can't see, but that sign says "Al Rayyan Road", it's one of the most useful major throughfares in the area. At least from my perspective.
Far off in the distance there is the Sports Roundabout, named for the centerpiece which has mosaics of people playing sports on it. I will have to take a picture of it later. That roundabout often gets backed up during peak periods of travel...
