Keepin' Cool

Like Doha as a problem with Cats everywhere, Bangkok has a problem with dogs. Recently they've stabilized the population with a neutering program for the stray dogs, which otherwise would be more than self-sustaining by themselves. People tend to feed them anyway, so they're fat. And they know how to keep cool. At night, you can see them chilling just about anywhere.
